ECSTA for OpenScape Business
The telephone systems of the OpenScape Business series do not provide a CSTA interface. This interface is provided by middleware which is available as hardware for installation in a telephone system, and as software.
Hardware Middleware is distributed by Unify under the name OpenScape Business UC Booster Card, the software is distributed under the name OpenScape Business UC Booster Server.
OpenScape Business S Series is a software telephone system that has already integrated the required interface.
