E-mail notification

You can specify an email server through which email will be sent in the event of errors.

SMTP Server
Host name or IP address and port number of the mail server. Common port numbers are 25 (SMTP), 465 (SMTPS) and 587 (SUBMISSION). TLS encryption is used (except on port 25) if the mail server supports it.

SMTP user (optional)
User name for the SMTP connection (SMTP AUTH)

SMTP password (optional)
Password for the SMTP connection (SMTP AUTH)

Sender email address
Enter the email address for the sender here.

Address of the Email Recipient
Enter the email address to which the message should be sent here.

Permit emails with UTF-8 (UNICODE) content
Enables the server to send emails in UTF-8 encoding. If you disable this option, e-mails can send only characters known in the ISO Latin code page of the operating system,

Enforce TLS
Enables forcing TLS encryption. If the server does not provide encryption or the certificate is not trusted, the send fails. On port 25, TLS is used only if this option is set. Make sure that the host name of the SMTP server is included in the certificate.

Verify...
A test email will be sent. This can take up to one minute. A popup appears with information about success or failure (including any error message).

Configure Events and enable the "Email errors to administrator" option to be notified immediately of any errors.
