Setup for innovaphone

The innovaphone IP150, IP110, IP200 and IP230 telephones support a telephone book on the telephone via LDAP.

Setup

1. Data Source
   Configure a replicator or a phonebook.
2. LDAP-nodes
   In the Database Management, configure a new LDAP node with the name innovaphone. This node is accessed with the baseDN dc=innovaphone. Configure this LDAP node.

   Phone Number Formatting	Unformatted Note the location settings for the telephone equipment.

3. Phone (firmware V5)
   Start configuring the telephone. You can configure the phone location from Config / Directory.

   Country Code	"49" for Germany or "1" for USA
   Area Code	"30" for Berlin or "706" for Toronto
   Domestic Long-distance Code	"0" in Germany or "1" in USA
   International Dialing Code	"00" in Germany or "011"' in USA
   Trunk Access Code	Digit for obtaining an outside line on the telephone system (usually "0" in Europe).
   Root Number	The base number for a phone system connection with phone extensions. For the phone number +49(30)12345-678, the root number is "12345".

   Under Config / Directory / "LDAP from external Server" you configure the access to the LDAP server.

   Port Number	TCP port of the MetaDirectory
   Distinguished Name	Optional User Name
   Password	Optional password
   LDAP Mode	Paged Results

   Object Filter	(objectClass=contactPerson)

4. Phone (firmware V6)
   You will find the configuration of LDAP Directories under Configuration / Registration / Directories.

   User Name	Optional User Name
   Password	Optional User Name
   Search Base	BaseDN for the LDAP node, e.g. dc=innovaphone
