estos ProCall supports the connection of different MetaDirectory. Contact data from different sources can be merged to a single, consistent LDAP directory that can be implemented company-wide. As a result, relevant data such as telephone numbers or contact data are available to all employees throughout the corporation. The intelligent preparation of the data makes it possible to perform easy searches and rapid presentation of the results – even in the case of very large and distributed databases.
The special feature in connection with the estos UCServer is that during replication, the phone numbers are standardized (supercanonical call numbers). This enables an extremely rapid search.
If the connection of MetaDirectory has been activated and contact data have been imported or a telephone book connected, the caller's call numbers are resolved into names by estos UCServer and are thus available in e-mails via "unanswered calls".
