Licensing of estos MetaDirectory is done in estos UCConnect, a cloud platform that also provides online services for estos ProCall.
Since the license for MetaDirectory is stored in UCConnect, MetaDirectory requires a permanent connection to UCConnect.
The following list shows what must generally be set up in the routers/firewalls. The routers/firewalls must be set up so that once a connection has been established, it remains open and all additionally required/requested ports can be used.

Online licenses
The licenses stored in UCConnect are displayed in the Licenses table. The scope and term of the licenses are displayed.
Login data
The login details for UCConnect were specified during installation. If you want to change them, you must log out of UCConnect and log in again.
Click on the "Login data" button. The login data with which you are currently logged into UCConnect is displayed. Below you can see the connection status, which server you are connected to and when the last successful license check took place.
