Starting and Stopping Services

All tasks can be controlled via the "Console".

Some commands are described in the following that are required for the implementation of ixi-UMS.

Example:

·load router

Starts the router task if not started yet. When the router task has already been started, an error message appears.

·tell router q (tell router quit)

Stops the router task.

·restart task router

Restarts the router task. This is a very useful command when forcing configuration changes.
