Initial Instance

Several instances of the ixi-UMS User Portal can be created in the ixi-UMS Voice-Mailbox. Each instance can be configured individually.

Users must specify the instance name (company ID) when logging on to the ixi-UMS User Portal. You should therefore enter a department or company name as the instance name. The name must be 3 - 10 characters long. No blank or special drawings are permitted.

Specify the name for the first instance.
