HTML Report

The ixi-UMS Kernel reports, the OCR text, the information received by the "SenderIdentification", and the fax preview with embedded image files can be sent to the user as HTML e-mail.

 

GlobalUser_HTML

If the function "Create reports in th HTML format" activated, all ixi-UMS Kernel reports for incomming messages and reports are send in the HTML format to the mail server.

 

Under language a standard presentation must be selected. The language can be changed per user in the user management.

 

Optionally can be also set in the user management per user that all reports are deleted.

 

Requirements:

The generation of XML documents for the creating of the reports in the HTML format by the ixi-UMS Mail Server Connector must be activated in the ixi-UMS Kernel.
