Web Journal

The users can have a view of the journal by means of web interface, they can only see their own entries. The users have to authenticate at the LDAP-user administration. The fax number adn email address assigned to them is detected and the respective entries are displayed.

To the users is shown

·	inbound messages to UMS-Number(s)

·	outbound messages from own email address (eg. sent via a mail server/SMTP)

·	outbound messages from UMS-Number(s) (z.B. sent via SAP system)

The connection data to the LDAP-database must be entered and the required fields must be determined.

Should older entries be also indicated, the journal backup must be activated.
