ixi-UMS WebJournal

With the “ixi-UMS Web Journal“, ixi-UMS Enterprise offers every user a browser-based view of his own ixi-UMS messages – sent and received – from the ixi-UMS Kernel Journal.

Requirement: The necessary user information must be available in the LDAP-user database.

The configuration of the ixi-UMS Web Journals is valid for all instances. It can only be made available for one LDAP connection (i.e poosible only for a ixi-UMS mail Server Connector instance if applicable)

The user logs in at the “ixi-UMS Web Journal“ with his LDAP-user name. By means of the deposited sender e-mail address and the UMS-recipient number, the data are detected and the respective entries are displayed.

The User can displayed all relevant data for send an receipt ixi-UMS message in detail.

If he option Archive associated files activated in ixi-UMS Kernel, the user can open, print and save all SMS an fax messages include reports. Also he can save and listen voice messages.

Note:

All incomming messages are transmitted in the bound system (ixi-UMS Connectoren)
