TTS

A "text to speech engine" converts text into audio-files . You need this funtion to:

·	send text message, which are read out to the called participant.

·	listen to E-Mails and faxes (need OCR) with ixi-UMS Voice-Mail Server

For this function a "TTS engine" on the respective ixi-UMS Server must be installed. With ixi-UMS Version 6.40 the implementaton from TTS ist change. Now interface (Speech API) "SAPI5" and "Microsoft Speech Plattform" ist used.

With the ixi-UMS Kernel Setup some TTS engines for the Microsoft speech API are copied on the computer.
