Here it is determined, in which way the number shall be announced in the default announcement:

As extension or in canonical format, this means as complete call numbers.

Precondition for the announcement of the extension is that the site data are entered completely und and are valid.

As there are several sites in MultiSite-operation, "In canonical format" should be selected, because then the complete call numbers are announced with all voice boxes in the default announcement.

When the ixi-UMS Voice-Mail Server is installed on the same server as the ixi-UMS Kernel, the data are read out by it with the installation once (if available). When the ixi-UMS Voice-Mail Server is installed on another server, the data must be entered here.

In order to be able to resolve the call numbers for the features "Forward by Mail" and "set MWI" correctly, the site information must be deposited.

Remark:

In MutliSite-operation, the feature "Forward by Mail" can be used only for one site. estos thus recommends to disable the feature "Forward by Mail" by switching it off in the menu.

If MWI shall be used for a site, these settings must be made per user.
