Configuration

It can be determined which settings are available to the users in the profile settings.

Determine announcement type

Please determine whether the announcement type can only be set by the administrator (globally or per user) or whether the user is allowed to change these settings.

Delete all announcements

By default, only announcements can be recorded by the user. With this selection, the user can delete all announcements at the telephone. By doing so, the default announcement is active for all the profiles again.

Delete announcements of single profiles

By default, the announcements are overwritten by recording a new announcement. When an announcement is deleted, the default announcement is activated.

Set up call transfer

This option allows the user to configure a call transfer at the telephone, so the caller can decide whether he wants to leave a message or wants to be connected to the respective call number.

This option is available on the ixi-UMS voice-mailbox configuration and must be activated there, if required.
