Office Hours

If this feature is aktivated on th eixi-UMS Business server, you can set up the office hours for the "Off-hours" and "Break Hour" Profile here.

The predefined office and break hours are Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Outside of these times, the announcement of the "outside office profile" you have defined under profile settings is played.

You can adjust the times of the individual days to your working hours.

Uncheck "Predefined office and break hours" and specify your working hours for each day.

For days you do not select, your "outside office profile" is valid.

If you want to use another announcement during your lunch break, you can specify your breaks.

Remark: These times are invalid for the "Vacation"-profile.
