Voice Services - Call groups

If a group available in estos UCServer is activated on the "General" tab as "call group for Voice Services", the "Collective group" tab is switched active.
On this must the phone number from the range of the Voice Services line group is entered under which the group is to be reachable.

An incoming call is signaled to all group members logged on to the group, on all terminals and phone numbers in each case.

For group members, the estos ProCall client for Windows® expands with a new function. The user can log in and out of the group.

If the "Switchboard" menu item is activated, an additional telephone number that can only be reached externally can be entered for the call group. Here you can enter single-digit phone numbers. e.g.: +498151368560

Ringing strategy

You can choose between 2 ring strategies:

Parallel An incoming call is signaled to all registered group members at the same time
Sequential The incoming call is only forwarded to one group member at a time. If the call is not answered by this user within 15 seconds, the call is forwarded to the next active member of the group and so on.
The order in which they are passed on corresponds to the member list in the Members tab of a group and can also be changed there.

Timer

As an option, off-hours can be defined. This allows you to specify whether and when incoming calls are only answered with an "After hours" announcement or redirected to a voice mailbox.
By adding multiple entries, different times can be set for the days.

Example:
The company's opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m

The following entries must be defined as closing times:
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu: 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 a.m
Fri: 15:00 - 23:59
Sat, Sun: All day - All day


If the Voice mailbox is activated, the announcement must contain a reference to this. No additional announcement is played.

The voice-messages left by the caller are sent by e-mail to the specified recipients.

A valid, externally accessible e-mail address must be entered for the selected users.
All announcements for ProCall Voice Services must be WAV files in the following format:
Mono, 8kHz, 16 bit, PCM
