Use estos ProCall Attendant Console with Outlook®
The client will connect to an Outlook/Exchange installation if this checkbox is checked
MAPI and/or Exchange Web Services (EWS) can connect with Outlook® or Exchange.
If Outlook® is used, check the Use estos ProCall Attendant Console Plug-in with Microsoft Outlook® checkbox to activate estos ProCall Attendant Console Plug-in for Outlook®. With this option enabled, an additional toolbar will be added to Outlook®, which provides access to some estos ProCall Attendant Console functions in a context sensitive manner. See Integrating Microsoft® Outlook/Exchange for more information.

Connect to Microsoft® Echange directly
estos ProCall Attendant Console can also connect to Exchange Servers directly by using Exchange Web Services. The necessary configuration can be read by estos ProCall Attendant Console from Outlook® directly. All mailboxes configured there will be read and used automatically.
Additionally, mailboxes can be added manually by using the 'Configure' button, e.g. when no Outlook® is installed.

Use estos ProCall Attendant Console with IBM Notes®
Setting this option permits the client to use the functions and databases of an installed and set-up IBM Notes® Client.
Depending on the IBM Notes® installation, it may be necessary to manually set the path to the file notes.ini. Tick the box before the input line and give the complete path to the file.

Use DATEV with estos ProCall Attendant Console
If DATEV Arbeitsplatz Pro has been installed and setup with Telefonie Pro on the computer, integration will be enabled by setting this option. In this case contacts from DATEV databases will be preferred automatically during the initial installation. This can be changed by the user in the database settings.

Use Windows® 10 Apps integration
On a computer with Windows® 10, it is possible to integrate the included Mail, Calendar, and Contacts apps into estos ProCall Attendant Console. This option will not be shown on older Windows® versions.
