Groupware connection

Here you can define whether the contacts and calendar in your Outlook® should be accessed via Microsoft® Exchange Web Services (EWS).

Enable the option and click "Configure" to set up the connection to the mailboxes.

This dialog shows all configured mailboxes. New mailboxes can be added or removed here and the default mailbox can be selected.
Mailboxes read from Outlook® are grayed out and cannot be deleted.

estos ProCall Business can sign in at an Exchange Server either via Windows® login or by means of user name and password.
As a rule, the URL of the server required for Exchange Web Services can be detected automatically, and you only have to enter your e-mail address in this dialog box.

  • E-mail address
    The email address of the mailbox to be added.
  • Microsoft® Exchange local
    Select this choice if Microsoft® Exchange Server is installed in your company.
    • Use Windows® login
      If it is possible to authenticate against the Exchange Server using the domain, this option should be set.
      Otherwise estos ProCall Business asks for username and password.
    • Automatically detect server URL
      This URL is usually recognized automatically by estos ProCall Business.
      If this is not possible, the automatic detection can be deactivated here and the server URL can be entered directly.
    • Server-URL
      The address of the server through which the Exchange Web Service can be reached.
      As a rule, this is in the form "https://yourserver.domain/EWS/Exchange.asmx”
  • Office 365
    Select this choice if your company uses Microsoft® Office 365.

To complete the setup, you may need to provide your login credentials.
