Favorites

Frequently used contacts can be stored in estos ProCall Business in the Monitor. In addition, estos ProCall Business offers you the option of storing such Active contacts in the main window in the Favorites tab.

At the tab Favorites the most important contacts can be stored. They can be sorted in free allocatable groups without the need to use the Monitor window. For more information please refer to Monitor and ActiveContacts.

Special Favorites tab functions
Unlike the monitor, the Favorites tab has special functions. Contacts in the search result list can, for example, be added to this tab with the Add to Favorites context menu function.
