ixi-UMS Web Journal

ixi-UMS Enterprise offers with the "ixi-UMS Web Journal" a browser-based overview for the individual user of his own sent and received ixi-UMS Messages from the ixi-UMS Kernel Journal. The ixi-UMS Kernel Journal must be activated. If users are to be able to open the messages, archiving must be activated on the ixi-UMS Kernel.

The prerequisite is that the required user information is available in the LDAP user database. The data is determined on the basis of the stored sender e-mail address and the UMS recipient number and the corresponding entries are displayed.

The user can display all relevant data for sending and receiving messages in detail.

If the option "Archive all files" is activated on the ixi-UMS Kernel, the user can print or save incoming and outgoing faxes and SMS including the report and listen to messages left behind by callers.
