Preconditions

Hardware Requirements:

·Processor with at least 2000 MHz

·1 GB free memory

The UTC times of the computers must match, otherwise the JWT token is not valid.

Software Requirements:

·Windows 10/11 (64 bit ),

·Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022

·ixi-Framework 8.00 or higher,

·ixi-UMS Enterprise Version 8.00

For distributed installations the ixi-UMS Portal Server requires access to the ixi-UMS components via HTTP/HTTPS.

For the function "Recording announcements via the headset" in the ixi-UMS Voice-Mailbox configuration, the ixi-UMS User Portal must be made available via HTTPS.

Prerequisite at the workplaces

·at least Internet Explorer 11, recording of announcement via headset is not supported

·Microsoft Edge , headset for recording the greeting must be re-selected in each session

·at least Mozilla Firefox 68

·Google Chrome 78
