The information for the coverpage are searched in the stated LDAP-directory in the outgoing fax message on the basis of the header field "mail from". The sender information stated in the "mail from"- field must be entered for the respective user in the used LDAP-data base.

With the ixi-UMS SI CON Connector , the fax number of the user is displayed as sender by default. Default: +498142479943

The sender of a fax via the ixi-UMS FAPI Connector depends on the creation of the faxes and the configuration of the ixi-UMS Connector. An e-mail address as well as a fax number can be entered.

The search can be adjusted accordingly via "Edit".

Replace header fields..:

Even if only one field with information for the coverpage is transferred from the system, no data are read out from the LDAP-database. If you want to change this behavior, please note that this is valid for all the chosen systems.

Write permission and sender number ...:

Optionally, the "ixi-UMS sender information" (permission, sender-ID, etc.) can also be read out of the LDAP-directory in addition and can be entered in the outgoing UMS-message.

Use the first data record...:

By default, the sender information is only entered when there is only one search result.

Alternatively, the data from the first found data record can be entered.
