The sender number is searched in the incoming UMS-message on account of the header field

"mail from"

The sender number must be entered in the used MetaDirectory.

Which fields are searched for this number can be adjusted via "Edit".

As "Recipient attribute", the attribute must be entered in the MetaDir, which contains the e-mail address of the fax recipient that shall receive the fax.

Use the first data record...:

By default, the new mail adress is only entered when there is only one search result.

Alternatively, the data from the first found data record can be entered.
