Here it can be determined whether the extension of the user shall be attached to the sender number.
Incoming phone numbers are transmitted in E.164 format If "Signal destination phone number..." is activated, for incoming fax messages the incoming E.164 telephone number is supplemented with + and signalled back to the sender.
Incoming phone numbers are transmitted as DDI If "Append DDI to fax station ID...." is activated, not only the "Sender ID" is signed back to the sender of incoming fax messages, but the dialed number (DDI) is also appended.
The "Sender ID" entered here is printed as "Headline" on every fax and is valid for all users if no separate headline is entered for this user in the user administration. Optionally the user can enter this headline himself via the ixi-UMS User Portal.
Under "Sender ID" the part of the sender number valid for all users should be entered. This means that only the individual extension number has to be entered as "Fax sender number" for the users. Only the characters "+", " ", "0"... "9" are valid
