Double-click on a job in the list view to see job details. The view and the information available varies depending on the job type and the information available from CAPI.
If you have enabled "Archive transferred files", you can see the fax message to the job entry by opening them via double-click on the fax message symbol.

It is displayed from which Connector the message comes, the information from the header field "Department" as well as the file name of the OUT-job in the ixi-UMS Kernel directory structure.
