Profile

You can define which profiles are available to users in the phone menu and in the ixi-UMS Voice-Mailbox Configuration.

The definition is valid for all users.

Profiles that are entered as default profiles under "Office hours" cannot be deselected.

In addition, users can be provided with a profile for calls from "internal" subscribers. If the caller is recognized as an internal subscriber based on the location information, the greeting stored in this profile is played.

The greeting in the profile is always played for internal calls - without taking office hours or activation of the vacation profile into account.
