Office Hours

Here, the office hours for the "off-hours profile" can be determined. The times are valid for all the users generally, however, they can be changed by the users individually via the browser-based ixi-UMS Voice-Mailbox Configuration if this has been enabled in the ixi-UMS Portal Server.

When an off-hours profile or a break profile is set, this is valid for all the users (at the initial installation). Please take care that an announcement for the respective profile is deposited for every user.

This setting can also be changed at the user object or via the ixi-UMS Voice-Mailbox Configuration.

Remark:

When a user set the profile "Vacation", these times are not valid.
