SMS in MultiSite Operation

If the ixi-UMS Kernel is set up for "MultiSite", SMS can be sent via various ways.

1) All the SMS are sent via one site

SMS is set up without any additional configuration

In the site routing, a site for the sending of SMS is entered

2) All the sites use the same way of sending (only useful with SMS via fixed line)

The configuration for SMS must be adjusted manually

In the site routing, the routing is set up in a way that the SMS are passed on to the respective site by means of the sender.

3) Every site user another way to send SMS

The configuration for SMS must be adjusted manually

In the site routing, the routing is set up in a way that the SMS are passed on to the respective site by means of the sender.

For the realization of example 2 and 3, the configuration must be executed manually. In order to do so, "SMS Custom" must be chosen imperatively.
