Here it can be determined whether the extension of the user shall be attached to the sender number.

 

HW-Fax_Allgemein

By default, all incomming faxes are delivered to the recipient, also if they are incomplete.

 

Incoming faxes that have be transmitted incompletely can be "sorted out".

Precondition for this is that an appropriate information had been passed on to the ixi-UMS Kernel by the CAPI.

 

 

estos GmbH advises not to use this feature (deletion of incompletely received faxes).

 

 

Sender-ID and Sender-Number are optional and can be chosen freely.

 

The Sender-ID entered here is valid for all the users. See also How To: "individual fax header per user".

 

 

At "Sender Number", the part of the sender number valid for all the users should be entered. So only the individual extension has to be entered at the users as "Fax Sender Number". Only the characters "+", " ", "0".."9" are valid.

Please note that this number including the User-ID must not exceed 32 characters.

If only the sender number shall be transmitted, at least "." must be entered in the Sender ID.

 

If nothing is entered here, the complete sender number has to be entered at every user.
