General

At "General" you can see, how many controllers the detected CAPI provides and how many channels are available per controller.

HWController_en

The controllers can be marked "Active" and therewith configured for the use by ixi-UMS or blocked for the use by switching to "Inactive".

Channels reserved

You can reserve channels for receiving or incomming.

Define here how many channels should be kept ready for receipt or dispatch.

Example:

If you have 8 channels and you reserve 2 channels for incoming, all channels can be used for incoming messages, but only 6 channels for outgoing messages.

It is not possible to determine, which channels are reserved, because this is managed by the ixi-UMS Kernel independently.

ex_yellow_sm

If all the detected controllers are on one ISDN-board, no controller must be deleted via "Remove". When only a small number of controllers shall be used, blocked for the use by switching to "Inactive".

isdnControllerDetails

Via Edit and marking of the controller, the number of the available channels can be displayed and edited, if necessary.

Contr-Deaktiv-Message

ex_yellow_sm

If not all the controllers of the ISDN-board are used, the configuration for SMS via fixed lines must be adjusted manually.
