Language

The ixi-UMS Kernel makes available the report with the send information and detailed news always in the "Plain text" format. A Language of the "Plain text" reports must be fixed.

The selected language is valid for:

§	Entries in the ixi-UMS Journal

§	Default announcement if the ixi-UMS Voice-Mail Server is not installed

§	ixi-UMS Kernel reports in send-reports and incoming messages

§	Insert the ixi-UMS Kernel report in the PDF-file (incoming fax and reports)

§	Printing incoming faxes and reports

Language of the XML Reports

From ixi-UMS Kernel version 6.30 on, the information for the report can be generated as "XML-String" in addition.

If this option is activated, the ixi-UMS SMTP-based Connectors can generate the ixi-UMS Kernel report as e-mail in HTML-format and the ixi-UMS FAPI Connector can save the report as .XML-file.

The reports thus generated by the SMTP-based ixi-UMS Connectors can be generated in different languages, depending on the user. It must be determined here, which Additional languages should be available for the SMTP-based ixi-UMS Connectors.

If a language is requested by the SMTP-based ixi-UMS Connectors does not exist, the Default language is used.
