Interactive Voice Menu (IVR)

An interactive voice menu (IVR) can be set up in the ProCall Voice Services.
The stored announcement is played to the caller and he can select the desired transfer destination by pressing a button on the telephone.

The phone number for the IVR must be specified. This phone number is then no longer available for assignment to a user or group.
The desired phone number can be selected using the ... button or entered in the format +49.
The ProCall Voice Services can only manage 2-digit extensions. If the central phone number has 1 digit, e.g. +49 8151 36856-0, it must be entered manually in full form without spaces. Example:+498151368560
Then the destination numbers for selecting the digits 0 - 9 can be entered.

For switching to internal extensions, the selection should be made using the ... button. Otherwise the extension must be entered.
For transfers to external extensions, the phone number must be specified in full canonical format.

To activate the IVR, an announcement must be stored that contains all the options.

All announcements for ProCall Voice Services must be WAV files in the following format:
Mono, 8kHz, 16 bit, PCM

Timing

Optionally, it can be specified for each group whether and when incoming calls are only answered with an "end of work" announcement.
By adding multiple entries, different times can be set for the days.

Example:
The company's opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m

The following entries must be defined as closing times:
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu: 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 a.m
Fri: 15:00 - 23:59
Sat, Sun: All day - All day
