Project dashboard

The following evaluations are available in the Projects dashboard:

• Number of calls per project
• Availability (incoming)
• Call duration per project
• Availability (outgoing)
• Key indicators
• Number of calls per hour
• Projects with the most calls
• Response time

The statistics can be affected by the following filters: Employees, time period or Internal/External/All Calls.

To be able to make project-related evaluations, you must work with the estos UCServer projects and assign them to the relevant calls. You can find more information about this in the estos UCServer Manual.
