Replicator for Microsoft® Exchange Web Services (EWS)

Please note the basic instructions for setting up a replicator on the page Replicator Wizard.

Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.7.2 is required to use the replicator.
Access to Microsoft® Exchange Web Services occurs via your network. The profiles must be stored per user. The replication occurs in the context of a user for whom a Microsoft® Exchange account must be installed.
The range of services depends on the version of the connected Microsoft® Exchange Server.

Procedure for creating a replicator

  1. Select data source type
    Select the "Microsoft® Exchange Web Services (EWS)" database type.
  2. Define the login information with which it is possible to access the data source.
    User login
    Enter the user name and password. Leave the URL blank. It will be automatically determined.
  3. Select the folder to be imported.
    Click on Search..., to open folder view:
      Select a folder from your local message store.
      Select "Display Public Folder", to select a public folder for the replication. This operation can take some time.
      Select "Display Shared Folders", to select a shared folder of another Microsoft® Exchange user for the replication.

    You can define whether to have subfolders included in the search.
    Only folders of the type Contact (IPF.Contact) may be selected.
