Export Replicator for CSV Files

Please follow the general instructions for setting up a replicator on the Replicator Wizard page.

Procedure for Adding a Replicator

1. Select the type of data source
   Select the "CSV Data" database type.
2. MetaDirectory contacts.
   Which contacts do you want to export from the MetaDirectory?
   Search Base
   Select the search base from which you want to export the contacts. To export all contacts, select dc=meta.
   Filter
   You can specify an LDAP filter here if you only want to export certain contacts. To export all contacts in the search base, use (objectclass=contactperson)."
   
3. Choose CSV file. In which file will you export your contacts?
   • CSV file. To which file do you want to export the contacts? Enter a file name in an existing path.
   • File format: Specify which separator is used on a line in the file.
4. Field assignment
   The schema of the CSV file is fixed
   
5. Schedule replication plan
6. Defining additional applications to be started
7. Assigning a name for the new replicator
