Replicator for Microsoft Exchange Web Services (EWS)

Please follow the general instructions for setting up a replicator on the Replicator Wizard page.

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 is required to use the replicator.
Microsoft Exchange Web Services is accessed through your network. The profiles must be saved per user. Replication occurs in the context of a user for whom a Microsoft Exchange account must be set up.
The scope of services depends on the version of the connected Microsoft Exchange Server.

Procedure for Adding a Replicator

  1. Select the type of data source
    Select the Microsoft Exchange Web Services (EWS) database type.
  2. Define the credentials under which the data source can be accessed
    User login
    Enter the user name and password.
    The default setting for Protocol is Tls12 and should only need to be changed in exceptional cases.
    The URL can remain empty. It is then determined automatically.
  3. Select the folderto import.
    Click Browse... to open the folder view:
      Select a folder from your local message store.
      Select View Public Folder to select a public folder for replication. This process may take some time.
      Select View Shared Folders to select a shared folder from another Microsoft Exchange user for replication.

    Determine to perform search in subfolders.
    Only folders of type contact (IPF.Contact) can be chosen.
  4. Field mapping, which source fields are copied to which LDAP fields
  5. Configure links to contact URL
  6. Datasource location settings
  7. Schedule replication plan
  8. Defining additional applications to be started
  9. Assigning a name for the new replicator
