ECSTA for Communi5 Voice Application Server

When setting up the driver, follow these steps:

  1. Check network connection
    Check the availability of the Teles Voice Application Server CSTA SIP Server (ping hostname / IP address).
  2. Enable CSTA functionality for the devices.
    You must enable the CSTA feature in the Teles Voice Application Server configuration.
