Default User Settings

It can be determined, at which sort and after how many messages an action shall be executed.

Depending on the features implemented, the user can be informed about a new message by MWI and/or SMS.

Please take into account that the actual sending feature depends on the services SMS and/or MWI installed at the ixi-UMS Kernel

Remark:

In order to inform the user by MWI, the phone number of the user has to be entered in the User Administration in the following format: +49 8142 4799555.

Remark:

For notifications via SMS, the number defined under Phone Number Configuration is used as sender.

Remark:

If e-mails and/or faxes shall be read via telephone, TTS and/or OCR is/are needed.
