SenderInfo

In order to be able to create a coverpage with individual sender information with the sending via an ixi-UMS Connector for use with SAP® R/3® or ixi-UMS FAPI Connector, these data must be read out from an LDAP-database.

 

With outgoing fax messages, an LDAP-query for the sender (mail from:) is executed. When the sender is found, the defined fields are read out and provided for the coverpage.

 

The sender is searched in the LDAP-fields "E-Mail-Addresses", "Fax Number" and "Other Fax Number".

The value in the LDAP must be entered exactly as in the "mail from"-field in the TMP-file of the outgoing message.

If the header fields are already filled by the ixi-UMS Connector or the job, they are not overwritten by default.
