Adjusting Mailbox ACL

There are 2 ways to allow the "Mobile Account" access to the mailboxes:

 

 

2.Adjusting mailbox ACL by the administrator

 

In the variant 2 displayed here, higher permissions on the mailbox of the user are granted that the user can adjust himself. By this, messages can also be deleted by mobile access.

How the user himself can grant permissions (except for the deletion of the messages) is shown in "User grants mobile access to own mailbox".

 

Note:

If you use the approach shown below, it is not necessary that users also grant access to their own mailbox - compare "Granting access to own mailbox".

 

Only via IBM Lotus Domino Administrator it is possible to grant the "master account" the right to delete messages in other users' mailboxes. Please set the ACL on user's mailbox like shown below.
