The configuration of ixi-UMS Connector for use with SAP® R/3® requires an installed and functional SAP-system. There are some noteworthy instructions for proceeding the customizing under How To: "Configuration SAP". Only after having completed the customizing, you are ready to configure the ixi-UMS Connector for use with SAP® R/3® successfully.
Note: The faxes must be delivered from the SAP-system to ixi-UMS in PDF-format. There must be an appropriate application for rendering PDF-files available on your ixi-UMS Kernel Server.
