When the mail template had been installed at the server by your administrator, a new button "ixi-UMS" appears in Notes.

Via this button, you can answer the senders of e-mails you received by fax or SMS.

A further button can be found in your Personal Address Book.

The namings of the buttons used here and portrayed in the screenshots can differ from yours. The naming can be determined by your administrator.
