IFX.log Backup

Parallel and independent of the data base-controlled ixi-UMS Journal, the processes to all the incoming and outgoing messages are stored in the text file "IFX.log" in the directory \ixi-Framework\Logs.

In order that the file does not get too large and cannot be opened any more, it should be re-created regularly.

Depending on how many faxes are sent per day / week, it can be required to execute the backup more often than determined by default.

The backup can be done time-dependent and at the same time as the journal backup (recommended) or when a fixed file size is reached

The "semicolon-separatedfile can be opened with the text editor or imported, e.g. into MS Excel.
