Journaling

Every inbound and outbound transmission will be logged to the journal database. Detailed reports can be generated.In the journal, a clear entry is created for each incoming and outgoing transmission (transmission corresponds to a message in the normal case). The journal entries are stored in a database and can therefore be easily sorted and filtered according to specific criteria.

The creation of detailed reports as well as an access to the database with own tools is possible and facilitates thus possibly the further processing of the information in the own company..

Optionally, users can access the ixi-UMS Web Journal via the ixi-UMS User Portal and view the UMS messages you have sent and received for them.
