The Names.nsf is installed with the ixi-UMS Mail Server Connector. In the field "Fax Number" in the User Properties, the UMS recipient number has to be entered. For more detailed information to the configuration of ixi-UMS, please refer to the ixi-UMS Mail Server Connector Manual.

All the basic settings can be made globally at the ixi-UMS Voice-Mail Server and are vaild for all the users when "System Default" has been selected in the configuration. Only if the users shall receive divergent settings, these have to be entered in the user management.

When opening the user document, you do not always have to set it in edit mode: There is a button with that it is checked, whether the PIN of the user might have been locked.
