The PBX must be configured to use the CSTA interface.
Connection using an ISDN controller:
The use of the CSTA interface requires a license in the PBX system. The configuration of the interface requires to use the software LIZENZ to enter a license number for the CSTA interface. The license number is system specific and not part of a release. It must be ordered seperate. The amount of available CSTA interfaces is controlled with the license number.

On a ISDN module you must configure a private ISDN interface with the required ISDN protocol (DSS1) for the physical connection (ISDN Controller) of the CTI Server. For the B-Channel access you must configure an extension number in the appropriate extension group and configure the B-Channel access number.
