estos ECSTA for Avaya ACM can be used to control and monitor telephone devices attached to a Avaya Communication Manager. The driver can be installed in multiple instances. Each driver instance supports the connection to one AE Service and one Communication Manager (switch connection).
The driver requires the Avaya Application Enablement Service (AE Service). Please check the AE Service Configuration.
The connection to the AE Service is established using the Device, Media and Call Control Interface (DMCC). The protocol is CSTA Phase III XML(ed3).
TSAPI licenses are required in the AE Service.
