Hunt groups

If the "Collection group" option is activated on the "General" tab, the "Collection group" tab is activated. Depending on which option is selected, different options are displayed on the "Collection group" tab.

SIP Softphone (in UCServer)

Incoming calls on this line are delivered to all members of the group who have assigned a SIP line and use ProCall as a softphone.
The call is not displayed for members who only have a TAPI line.
The group must be assigned the phone number of a SIP line under which the group should be reachable.

If the option "Use as agent group" is activated, the group members must log in to the group in order to be signaled calls. If a member is logged in to the group, this is indicated on the ProCall clients in the favorites and in the monitor by the icon displayed.
The status of the group members can be viewed in the member list on the "Members" tab.


The call group is managed exclusively in UCServer. No information is passed on to the telephone system.
Since the estos UCServer manages the hunt group itself and no information is passed to the PBX, members can have SIP lines from different number ranges and PBXs.
