SIP-GW Listener

The SIP GW Listener can provide a UCServer network interface with fixed IP address and port. The transport protocols UDP, TCP and TLS can be set.

  • Use SIP GW Listener
The check box switches the use of the SIP GW Listener on or off. To use the connection to a PBX with a SIP trunk with a fixed IP address, the SIP GW Listener must be enabled. Create a network interface where the PBX can reach the UCServer.
If you disable the SIP GW Listener, a connection to a PBX with a SIP trunk with registrar can be made.
    • Network interfaces
      Press "add" at
Network interfaces and select a configuration on which the telephone system should reach the UCServer. A status lamp signals "green" if the port is not yet occupied by another network interface. Determine a still free port in the range between 1024 and 65535 (e.g. 5080).
    • Certificate
To use the secured network protocols TLS and MTLS, you can configure a server certificate. This must be signed by a certificate authority. Click on the "Certificate:" button to open the window for selecting a certificate. Select the appropriate certificate and then confirm your entry with "OK". Information about the selected server certificate is additionally displayed.
