Telephone system

Further configurations can be made in the cloud telephone system. The prerequisite for using new functions is that the telephone system is up to date.

Advanced configuration

In the web administration, you can set up your own SIP trunks and queues, set call forwarding for groups and define telephone keys.

The web-based configuration interface can be opened in the standard browser via the link displayed.
An exception is the use on Windows Server® 2016, where the link must be copied via "right mouse click" and pasted into the browser.

The link contains an authentication token, which is renewed regularly. The link is therefore only valid for a limited time and cannot be saved as a favorite in the browser.

Update the telephone system

The Voice Services are constantly being further developed. When updating the estos UCServer, it may also be necessary to update the cloud telephone system in order to be able to use the new functions.

Whether a new version of the telephone system is available is displayed here.

Update

The telephone system update can take up to 30 minutes. During this time, the Voice Services is not available.

You can specify the date and time at which the update is to be carried out.
