Profile Dialog

This dialog shows all configured mailboxes. New mailboxes can be added or removed here and the default mailbox can be selected.
Mailboxes read from Outlook® are grayed out and cannot be deleted.
  • Default mailbox
    In this mailbox tasks are generated (if desired) and calendar data for creation of the presence status are read out.
  • Use only EWS (disable MAPI)
    Can be used to disable the MAPI interface. If the box is not checked, MAPI as well as EWS are used simultaneously.
  • Monitor Outlook® Inbox with EWS
    With this setting, estos ProCall monitors the Inbox of the default mailbox and displays unread emails.

Any number of mailboxes can be added.
Enter the e-mail address and then select the type of connection.

Microsoft® Exchange local
The URL of the server needed to connect to Exchange Web Services is usually detected automatically and you only need to enter your e-mail address in this dialog.
  • Use Windows® login
    estos ProCall can log on to an Exchange server either by Windows® login or by username and password.
    Otherwise estos ProCall asks for username and password.
  • Automatically detect server URL
    This URL is usually recognized automatically by estos ProCall.
    If this is not possible, the automatic detection can be deactivated here and the server URL can be entered directly.
  • Server-URL
    The address of the server through which the Exchange Web Service can be reached.
    This is usually in the form "https://yourserver.domain/EWS/Exchange.asmx".
Microsoft® Office 365
If the connection to Microsoft® Office 365 is selected, the dialog for logging in to Microsoft® opens. Enter your login details so that the account can be added.
